When I found Cialfo - a small edtech company with big dreams, I saw the potential to further my own, and make ideas a reality with Machine Learning. I’m glad to have met many wonderful people who have not only made my journey here enjoyable, but have also become an invaluable source of support and inspiration. From their insightful ideas to their constant encouragement and camaraderie, my colleagues have made every day a rewarding experience.
The past 7 years at Cialfo have been incredibly fulfilling and purposeful. From a small consultancy firm with less than 10 people to a global platform with more than 200 employees worldwide, being part of this journey has transformed me both as a leader, and as a person. I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the most talented engineers, product managers and designers, all of whom are passionate about transforming students’ education journey through their daily work.
