3. Algorithm & Data (A) Modern counselors must be proficient in data interpretation and capable of preparing comprehensive reports for school leadership. This involves leveraging data analytics to gain insights into student behavior, preferences, and performance, enabling personalized guidance and support tailored to individual student needs.

4. Responsibility (R) With great power comes great responsibility. Counselors are responsible for guiding students through critical phases of their academic and personal development.
